Clay Fuller is the founder of The Revolving Chef, a private chef culinary service based in Wilmington, North Carolina. The Revolving Chef was created to help party hosts fully enjoy their gatherings without the stress of planning, cooking, or cleanup. With a passion for creating memorable experiences centered around great food and meaningful connection, Clay brings both expertise and warmth to every event he serves.
In 2014, Clay earned two Associate in Applied Science degrees from Cape Fear Community College—one in Culinary Technology and the other in Hotel and Restaurant Management. His professional journey includes experience at esteemed venues such as the City Club of Wilmington, 128 South, and Bakery 105, as well as working as a personal chef for several high-profile clients.
Clay is committed to supporting local businesses and delivering exceptional convenience and culinary enjoyment to his clients. Outside of the kitchen, he enjoys making new memories with family and friends, savoring global cuisine, and exploring international destinations.
