You will need to know:
- Desired booking date
- Party details (number of guests, event length, and location)
- Menu preferences and desired courses
- Any food allergies

Within a few business days, we will review your inquiry and reach out to discuss details.
We will determine:
- If we are a good fit to bring your luxury dining dreams to life
- Confirm date, guests, and details
- What services will be included with your desired budget
- Any other information we need to create a custom quote

We will provide a custom quote for you, detailing everything we’ve discussed.
To reserve your date:
- Once the details and quote have been finalized, a 10% deposit is required in order to reserve your booking with us.
- The remainder of payment is due on the day of service.
